"Had brought my car in for a RWC. Day one was fine they called me letting me know I would need a replacement part which I agreed too, than constantly delayed than never given any updates because they started communicating with someone else about my car who said they were friends of mine which is not the case. They never updated me from than on out, they left the car and keys unnattended after hours only to have that unauthorised person collect the car at midnight and now the car has been crash. The fact they have no issues communicating with other people about other people's car is very poor. When I brought it up, I got told I was a lier and authorised the 3rd party to act on my behalf. This has never been the case. They than used vulgar and offensive language over the phone even though I was very polite."
