"I visited this pharmacy for 1st time about 10min ago. I had 2 scripts that i wanted filled - asked the blonde girl if they could be filled while i waited, she advised she would check. She did not come back to tell me the result and remained silent on the matter when i asked her if i should wait outside, only told me i could wait where I liked. Chemist called my name & advised only one script was filled. Where is the customer service - i guess the blonde girl's ears are painted on since she could not manage a simple request! My suggestion is that she get some training on how to listen to customers and respond appropriately in a timely manner."
