"If they are your only option, they aren't awful but they are not bothered about getting you your medication. You'll get it eventually, but it may not be able to be as regular as you need it to be and they have twice forgotten to dispense my order. Edit a few weeks later: yep forgotten my order again and given the wrong information so now I won't receive my medication for several more days. Literally a life ruining company. I don't think they understand what their job is."
"My script was sent to this pharmacy a week prior to me calling, I called twice to arrange collection (on hold for over 20minutes each time) and was told someone would contact me later that day with a quote to proceed, I never received any calls. My specialist sent my script to another pharmacy for them to call me in 30minutes to arrange collection. Very disappointed in this companies customer service. Would not recommend. Thankfully I was able to get my medication urgently elsewhere."
