"Completely rude and disrespectful. I rang this morning and the woman on the phone "Kate "got super annoyed and hung up on me. She dismissed my attempts to spell something and said "best of luck" and then hung up on me. Super rude. I rang back and then challenged her for her distinct lack of courtesy and professionalism. And she then said if I didn't like it I could send an email to her which "she would forward." I'd suggest that "Kate" has a limited career ahead of her if she continues to treat paying customers like this."
