"The staff here are super friendly and helpful, however, they're not always aware of who's in the 'line'. It would be good if the place to queue was more obvious to stop people from just walking in and thinking they're next. I waited patiently in line for some time this morning while two other customers were being attended to at the counter, only to be overlooked when the counter was free, the staff attending to other customers who walked in some time after me - and they weren't waiting on prescriptions. I don't think I'm invisible because I got served when I decided to cut my losses and go to Coles to get what I needed. There are always plenty of staff and I can appreciate there are busy times, however, this morning was very quiet compared to other times I've been here and experienced the same thing."
