Fran is a TRUE LEDGEND, and the Commonwealth Bank, and her customers, are so very lucky to have her working for them/with them!! It was a long process for us to get to this point, but Fran never gave up on us and our dream, and for that we will always be extremely grateful to her for!! Fran was ALWAYS INCREDIBLY patient not only with our long process to get to this point, but also with my asking her to do the same task/work repeatedly due to my tendency to always plan for the worst and hope for the best along with the fact that I tended to panic a little at times due to make sheer lack of knowledge and experience with this type of thing because I've never built a house before.
