"Bought a BP monitor that was faulty. Went to return/exchange according to their “return policy” which is all over the counters. Apparently that policy means nothing for a faulty product and I have to contact manufacturer. Even though it is faulty and wasn’t told no returns at the time of purchase. Will be taking this to Fair trading and Consumer protection agency. Misleading customers."

"A Tale of Two Pharmacies: A chronicle of my 13-year sojourn with this local chemist has been akin to traversing the spectrum of emotion. It is as if the pharmacist had put together a cocktail of antidepressants: some days, they could lift you up to the sky; others, they would let you fall into the abyss. Picture a diamond in the rough; the chemist sits nestled within an iconic neighbourhood enclave. Its price tags might as well have been on a perpetual discount spree – always competitive, frequently unbeatable. The waiting period, however, is more akin to a game of Russian roulette: it could be a lightning-fast transaction or a prolonged episode of waiting that would test the patience of a saint. The deciding factor? The disposition of the staff on duty rather than the volume of patrons. The linchpin in this tale of highs and lows is, indeed, the ensemble of staff. There's one gleaming beacon amidst them who knows me by name and greets my ever-growing list of prescriptions with a warm, welcoming smile. Her infectious charm is what has kept me tethered to this place for over a decade. Regrettably, such remarkable individuals are few and far between. The rest, in their mildest form, oscillate between indifference and a near-ignorance of customer service etiquette. Their approach towards the clientele leaves a bitter taste that lingers far longer than any prescribed medicine. At its heart, a pharmacy should be a harbour of convenience and compassion, brimming with a congenial, knowledgeable team. Alas, this chemist, more often than not, fails to live up to this ideal, turning each visit into a game of chance. It's a pity because this could be a beacon of community service if only the staff's behaviour wasn't as erratic as a polygraph test. Reliability is the cornerstone of any good pharmacy experience. We yearn for a place that consistently greets us with open arms, not one where each visit feels like spinning a roulette wheel. In the interim, I find myself silently praying to have my prescriptions filled by the shining star amidst them. The prime location and unbeatable prices certainly make it a desirable spot for health-related needs, yet the inconsistency in service hampers its potential. But fret not; hope is far from lost. A few targeted interventions by the management could rapidly elevate this pharmacy to be the talk of the town. Here's my prescription for success: 1. Invest in empathy training for the staff. 2. Infuse the environment with a more welcoming and friendly ambience. 3. Regularly acknowledge and reward staff for going above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. With some dedication and effort, there lies a gem waiting to be unearthed. After all, a pharmacy isn't just about the medicines it sells but the community it heals."

"Amazing service from Penny, Huon and Lilly. Great dedication at such a young age. They were all a great help at navigating the store. Definitely would recommend and will he back."

"This review is for this branch (Indooroopilly) specifically. The carpark is an absolute danger so I avoid this store and order online generally. Today I went in store, the carpark is a shemozzle again- then the item I want is out of stock, so I left empty handed. I went mid morning so I would think not a peak time. Just a terrible location and whilst I agree that CWH is not responsible for the carpark layout, they have chosen to rent this store front and they also are not keeping stock levels up. Online shopping just gets more attractive."

"The asian pharmacist is extremely rude. Tried to get advice on medication and he said to talk to my doctor. A pharmacist is supposed to provide advice on the medication he is dispensing. On another occasion I asked the lady on the pharmacy counter for advice on what to buy for a minor ailment. She was only interested in selling the vitamins and supplements; not really interested in anything else. Parking here is terrible. Nowhere near enough parking for the chemist. The checkout people are usually curt and just want to get rid of you so they can carry on chatting among themselves. On second thoughts, one star is too bood."
