Priceline Pharmacy

"This pharmacy cannot be trusted. They dispensed the incorrect medication different to the script requested, admitted fault and then still expects us to pay for the incorrect medication dispensed rather than accepting their mistake and taking the loss. Taking advantage of low income earners when we are not at fault. I was treated like a criminal when I had my young child in store picking up medication the following week, I was not spoken to about the situation then when there was a viable opportunity to calmly discuss the situation directly with me. I was just there picking up medication and was happy to pay at the counter as I usually do but the lady made it seem as though I was going to walk out without paying…. Today I spoke to the lady to address the situation, looked her directly in the eyes, she did not apologise for her actions she just rolled her eyes at me and didn’t want to take any responsibility for what she had done. I then spoke to the pharmacist Andrew who also made out as though I was at fault even after he admitted that they dispensed the incorrect medication but still expect for it to be paid for. He admitted to dispensing the incorrect medication but then tried to tell me it was the same medication but that is absolutely false. It was a completely different medication dispensed from what was requested and a completely different combination and dosage, which can cause harm and adverse effects. They can cause a lot damage dispensing the incorrect medication, not just physically/ medically but emotionally and mentally also when they make it out as though I’m the one who is in the wrong. Very disappointed. I would hate for anyone else to be treated the way they have treated me over the past two weeks. I will be reporting the situation to the relevant authorities."
