"these guys are a bunch of units, go elsewhere for you're medication..."
"The Pharmacy has recently been bought out by a Pharmacist named Sam. I was sad to see Will and John go and I am many people would agree with that sentiment. Jody And Naomi the pharmacy assistants have stayed and they are a treasure as always and Abbey the Pharmacist is very good. The new owner Sam is absolutely wonderful, he is humble, kind, takes time to speak you and gets to know you. I was thinking the Pharmacy would go down hill after the buyout because Will and John were so friendly. However, Sam is one of the most loveliest people I have met and he instantly made me feel valued and welcome......"
"Staff can be very slow to serve customers from my experience and seem to ignore people at the counter and continue to stock the shelves and do anything but serve them. This has happened multiple times too unfortunately"
"Desperate for my medication as we had been away with no script I ran down to my favourite chemist and they were in the middle of end of year stock take. But no, they kindly open the doors when they seen me peering through and went above and beyond with customer service. Thank you guys and no wonder your our favourite chemist! I so appreciated what you did for me."
"DDS is not the cheapest chemist chain, but it's reasonably competitive. There are far fewer locations now in the wake of a re-branding to Western Australian chain Wizard. I've visited this location a few times for over-the-counter medications, on this occasion an antihistamine to ease the symptoms of a head cold. They get a star for their central Redcliffe location, a star for layout (entrances front and back and an uncluttered floor plan) and a star for being open on a Sunday afternoon. The fourth star rating is very much contingent on the pharmacist on duty. This visit, the pharmacist was a pleasant man in his 40's. But the staff is not uniformly courteous. A few weeks back I wanted some pain medication and the mature aged female pharmacist sized me up in the manner of a judgemental schoolmarm. Be warned, the service level can vary. My last visit, the price of a product I had been purchasing for a while suddenly spiked in price. I expressed my surprise with, "Wow, that's way too expensive!" The response was an unconcerned, "Yep.""
