I thought that would be automatic - especially when I ask for "cheapest possible alternative" every time - silly me. Recently I did a comparison with the big yellow warehouse website prices and saw we'd save around $90 a month if we swapped. I let the chemist at Inala Chempro Chemist know. Immediately, he said he'd price match. That's around $1100 a year saved. Lesson Learnt.
