"I took my car to Tyerpower for I needed a leaking tyre valve replaced, as I was standing approximately three meters away from my car watching the repair process , I was suddenly ushered away into a waiting room, whereby having no view of my car, approximately half an hour later of replacing the valve they charged me $25 to which I found expensive,, the next day I noticed another valve leaking from a different tyre, I subsequently contacted Tyrepower for repair but was unable to speak to the relevant person, which was a “BLESSING IN DISGUISE”I then took my car to another tyre/repairing retailer and was allowed to WATCH the repair of that valve,, that took him no longer than five minutes,, at NO $$ CHARGE!!! I mentioned I was charged $25, at Tyrepower whereby he replied “THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE” I must say Tyrepower did NOT see me as a VALUED CUSTOMER.. instead as an IDIOT and an EASY WALK IN OF THE STREET MONEY GRAB!! Their whole CUSTOMER SERVICE experience was disappointing and of concern, I feel CHEATED, RIPPED OFF,, Of this experience as outlined I will NEVER EVER RETURN TO THAT RETAILER,"

"So impressed with the customer service and expertise! Most approachable and enthusiastic staff I’ve ever seen at a car centre! Had 2 flat tyres, they replaced/repaired both within 20 minutes even though they were very busy! Loved the service so much that I decided to go back 2 days later to get the other two tyres replaced! As a uni student, they made sure to provide the best outcome for an affordable price without even having to ask! I will never go anywhere else and will be going there for my next car service too! Can’t go wrong with these guys, super accommodating and a great experience for all!"
