"Three times I tried calling them to get a price on something. I was ok hold quite a while the first time then cut off. I looked at the time and saw that it was closing time but I’d been on hold at least 10 minutes, likely more. The second 2 times I went on hold and eventually it beeped a bit then cut me off. Off to chemist warehouse I go. A shame because I’ve had good service in the past"

They organised my refill, payment and delivery within about 5 hours. Shoutout to the staff for sorting this for me and being amazing!!"
"The slowest pharmacy I have ever seen. Walked in with a single item prescription and I was the only person there. I was told it will take 10 minutes which while surprised still accepted. Left and returned 10 minutes later, but had to wait another 8 minutes. When my name was called the person behind the counter checked something and said oh please wait. Then there was another 2 minutes added. 20 minutes all together to get as inhle item prescription medicine while the pharmacy was empty when I arrived. Well deserved for slow motion prize of the year."
