"Great chemist to shop at, if you feel like being condescended and berated! The staff are generally rude and UNEMPATHETIC. I presented an emailed copy of a script from a last minute telehealth appointment earlier that day. The woman serving me, gave a look like I was a druggo trying to scheme my way into a hit... comments were thrown around like 'it's not that we think you're trying abuse these pills' and 'we cant tell how many scripts have been filled already from this email'. I asked the chemist if I could have one tablet to help me through until I sorted the issue in the morning. In short the answer was no, I'm most upset because he knows the ramifications of that answer and said so out of spite. He gave me repeated glares and came across as if he was better than everyone else, he treated the woman serving me with total arrogance. I walked away thinking the chemist is racially prejudice. Not the first bad experience coming from that particular pharmacy, but certainly the worst! I've been going there 9 years now and will not again after last night. Lastly, any good reviews left here, are from friends of this establishment or they've bought them in a feeble effort to try and mitigate the damage their toxic service provides."

"Staff and pharmacists are empathetic and knowledgeable. Thank you to the kind staff lady (I wish I knew your name to thank you!!) who rushed me to a seat, and offered me a tissue when I broke down after being so poorly treated at Terry White Morayfield, and even though she was So busy and also so kind to so many patients that I saw. She didn’t forget anyone, and actually she is an asset to this pharmacy, helping me with relevant information and writing the details down for me. I wanted to go home and never come back after being at Terry White Pharmacy, but I gave my very best, very last try yesterday afternoon, and found the strength to make myself try going into Jardin as a last ditch effort to try and actually get my prescriptions filled for my health, and I am SO glad I did, because now I know for a fact, there are actually some very kind humans out there. This one of those “you don’t know someone’s battles situation, and how your kindness can change someone life” The prices are higher, but you do pay for quality service and After the dehumanising treatment from Terry White Morayfield at health Hub, I’ve come to realise I’d rather pay the additional $35 per prescription than be treated like a criminal at Terry White Morayfield. And they’re open 24/7 so if you do have anxiety, you don’t have to feel rushed or pressured for time either. Also thank you to the kind pharmacists who even though are busy can find the time to talk to your face and look you in the eye, they have your best interest at the forefront not their egos.."

"Needed antibiotic suspension urgently after an emergency night time treatment. Partner had bank card but managed to scratch up $5.50 from change in the car, the cost of medications covered by concession card holders, for those who won't reach Safety Net. Was told they only charge the $6.50 price due to being 'open late at night'. And that 'Medicare doesn't cover the cost, the Pharmacy absorbs it'. Ok, but you make money from the PBS. I don't know how much the cost of their medications are in terms of their buying power but they make money. So, my son didn't get the antibiotics that he desperately needed because it was more important that they got their $1, in the meantime they lost $10 + approximately from the loss of sale *EDIT - The point is, it's the Pharmacists decision as to whether or not the $1 discount can be applied, he refused and argued instead. Poor customer service with a lack of empathy dictates that maybe he should seek another career. Far away from people."

"One of two pharmacies in the Caboolture-Morayfield-Burpengary area that has extended opening hours seven (7) days a week - very important for emergencies. Good level of service."

"This Pharmacy deserves 10 Stars. I've been a regular customer for over 17 years. They always look after me well with the utmost care and attention. Professional staff, educated and knowledgable. They are also open nearly all the time :-)"
