"Disgraceful chemist, I should have read the reviews before I went there. They are rude and patronizing. I handed in my script and told the clerk 'no generics please'. She comes out with the script 10 mins later and they have given me generic. I've used the medicine for 20 years, I know what it looks like - but hey what do I know, right? When I called her out on it, first she denied it and tried to claim they weren't generics (who the hell did she think she was talking to?), then reluctantly goes back to 'double check'. A few minutes later the pharmacist comes down with the generic once again to have another go at pushing it on to me, despite the fact that I had told her three times 'no'. She trotted out the usual rhetoric about being the same as the original, their trying to save me money, they don't make the original anymore and you won't get it anywhere else blah blah blah. I hate repeating myself, and I don't appreciate being patronized and having my intelligence insulted - they don't push generics for my sake or to save me money, they do it because they make a greater profit from generics than they do from originals. Went to a chemist about 30 mins away, and sure enough they had it. Many of the chemists in the outer west are just as bad as this lot for some reason. You need to go to at least Indooroopilly before you can find a decent chemist."

"Have lived in the area my entire life, and find the staff members (including Geoff Prior) to be super friendly, compassionate and helpful. Lucy (believe she is one of the pharmacists) always takes the time to explain to both me and my husband things involving medication, dosages and timings. Phan and Vicky are also very friendly and always enjoy a laugh and conversation if there isn't anyone waiting. It's weird, in checking both Pullenvale Terry White and Bellbowrie, have not noticed any price difference between the two, so I find the conversation here that the prices are significantly higher to have a discrepancy. I have a number of chronic illnesses and either me or my husband are in the pharmacy on at least a weekly basis, but usually more, so we have had a lot of experience with every staff member there. They are often busy, but never rude. If you are looking for a pharmacy to help manage your chronic diseases in a compassionate, caring and friendly way, I highly recommend this pharmacy."
