"Since switching to chempro, this chemist is unbelievably slow. I've been coming here for years and the service has never been so slow as it is now. 10+minutes to get medication which is already paid for, 20 minutes to get a single item script in (which used to take 5 to 10 mins), and the staff is 90% new people in training so basic things take twice as long. Definitely switching chemsits"
