"Stopped in for some urgently needed medication on a Sunday afternoon. There was a sign up asking customers to be patient because they were short-staffed due to sickness. Turns out there was only one person serving and one pharmacist, with a queue of at least 10 groups of people waiting to be served. It became very obvious why they had sick staff members when sick, unmasked people were allowed to wait next to the queue and cough all over everyone. Surely it would make sense to do as in doctors surgerys and have sick people wait separately or outside? No commonsense here. I had to wait 20 minutes just to put a script in, in that absolute cesspool of germs. Definitely not friendly and not caring. Would not recommend at all and I won’t be back."

"We were in desperate need of a number or RATs, realised that the chemist closed in 15 minutes, so we called them as a courtesy, asking if they would be kind enough to wait for us to get there (maybe be 5 minutes late). In true community minded fashion they said “no”. Brilliant. Why not? What a great community minded business. Of course, I’m kidding. I would steer clear of these ‘people’. Go somewhere else."
