"Don't bother trying to sell your things here. They have gotten much worse with time with the offers they give . Cashies used to check eBay to see what things are worth . Now they go based off their own system. They purchase things from people to put into their system at 30% of it's worth and sell it for the same as eBay . Then when someone wants to sell it back to them they only give 50% of that worth . So they're technically paying 15% of its eBay worth . First time Ive attempted to sell something in years (I bought things frequently from them) and they've managed to lose me as a buyer aswell. Good job cashies! Keep pushing customers away with your dirty lowballing. Thousands of dollars you won't be getting from me in future ."
"Went here today to return a faulty product. They took it back and gave me new one without any issue. The shop assistant (Adam) was bloody amazing. The staff behind the counter (chick with a blonde fringe and guy with bright red hair) were friendly and cool. All round top experience, Thanks."
"Come here today to sell some watches They were Rude, not friendly , didn't look or open the watch boxes. The person serving us said we can't take the item go to a different cash converters store thier is one 10 min drive away. The cash converters was very small and was not very assabible to get into. WE WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN"
"These guys are right there with Geelong Cashies, although smaller they do have some pretty brilliant vintage gear like right now those Nintendo Game & Watch handhelds or the Reebok Pumps! I regret having not bought those MASK vehicles sets some 5 years ago sigh..."
"I occasionally sell jewellery here and have usually received polite and helpful customer service from a large, dark haired middle aged man who I believe may be named Nick (working in the buying dept). Today I was served in the buying dept by a solidly built, middle aged woman with dark dyed hair and a slight accent, whose demeanour was abrupt and surly in demanding to see my driver's licence even before examining my items and providing me a with buying price .... because she "did not want to waste her time". Although she became a little less curt by the end of the transaction, her overall manner lacked basic courtesy, let alone pleasantness. A suggestion to management, this staff member is in very much in need of either a new job, a holiday or performance management in customer relations. A suggestion to the woman, you are there to serve customers with courtesy, not behave with an attitude that customers should be grateful to you for 'bothering' to serve them - please change your attitude or change your job!"
