"I was at this cafe this morning and ordered my hot drink and food which took a long time to be brought to the table. When it did my drink was wrong, I ordered a hot chocolate and they made a Mocha and my food was wrong too, I ordered the hot cakes with no maple syrup, no whipped cream and no macadamia nuts and they put macadamia nuts on it, then when they brought it back there was no banana on it. I was very disappointed with the service at this cafe."
"My wife and I have been going there for years, the girls are are so polite and friendly, the food is excellent and they make the best coffee, a great place to chill out and have a good meal."
"Was not overly all crazy about eating here but if you're hungry it's worth stopping by. The ice coffee though is not worth it. Probably took me about 4 sips then I was just left with cream and icecream. Not sure whether someone got too excited with the spring onion in the hash browns. Points for being home made though. Service wasn't overly friendly, and seemed like they had other things or regular diners on their mind to make a good impression for first time diners."
"Food was yummy! Can't get over the apple juice.. Freshly made apple juice (I was shocked when they brought it out). Was so fresh. 5 starts"
"Ordered three meals , two of which came out shortly after ordering. After waiting 5-10 mins I enquired about my missing meal, smashed avo (which takes about 2 mins to make) I was told “we’re busy” no apology, no ‘I’ll just check’, nothing. Waited another 5-10 mins and my husband went in. They finally said they were just about to make it (clearly had forgotten completely) and even had to ask what I’d ordered. Still no apology, nothing. I’m now sitting eating my very plain smashed avo, without the dukkah or the poached egg on my own because my 4 year old lost patience when he finished his meal long ago. I appreciate cafes get busy on weekends, but please, a little customer service goes a long way."
