"I work at McDonald's myself, after getting my lashes done last night i thought I'd get something to eat for dinner. Got a Mcfeast, the pattie was burnt like a hard rock, there was sauce rubbed all over the burger box??? Seriously, reading these reviews is shocking. Get a grip of the place I know it's Caboolture but come on man it's not hard to take reviews in and make things better..."
"The food is good. Chips tend to be just warm or cold at this location. Some of the staff are lovely, others seem like they don't want to be there."
"Food was just thrown into a bag half was unwrapped. When I took it back the 1st staff member said "and" I asked if they thought it was presentable like this they responded what do you want this repeated a few times before a manager apologised and remade the order. Whole process took 50 minutes. Absolutely appalling."
"Ordered a simple muffin meal with a flat white coffee. Somehow I ended up paying for 2 coffees with one being nothing like I ordered. Had to wait for another coffee to be made and a refund for the extra coffee, only to be bought the right coffee but wrong size cup so now I've been overcharged. Staff are really struggling to achieve retail accuracy."
"I ordered 2 meals and a pie. But after I go home I found that it’s missing one burger. Then I called this shop 5 times but they haven’t take my call even once. I sent feedback to McDonald’s but idk they will refund or give me the burger….I highly recommend to check all your items when you get food in McDonald’s Australia."
