"So where do I start 4 months ago I dropped my bike in to get an electrical issue looked at. They said no worries we will get back to you within a few weeks with a reply on the issue, fast forward a month,a month later I rang them and was told it was not booked in and it had been there for 6 weeks and was sitting in there workshop. Rebooked it in another ,2 months later I rang them to see if I could pick my bike up .hasn’t been looked at and was told they couldn’t do it. Worst customer service ever experienced hands down picked up the bike 4 months later hadn’t been touched . Absolutely the worst I’ve dealt with"
