Reviews
"Underrated recreation area. Once upon a time it would have been dirt bike heaven. But now it’s walkers and mountain bikes trails. Many of the MTBs I saw had electric assist."
"Beautiful spot with lots of walking and biking tracks. Toilet block and woodfire BBQs near the carpark. We walked to a large pond to find it filled with lillypads and flowers. Loads of birds to find and the trees are so beautiful and tall. We will definitely be coming back. One thing to note is the tracks we went down were lacking any seating or rest areas including the pond. We had to wait until we got back to the BBQ area to rest so that's something to be aware of, maybe bring a blanket to sit on if you want to have a break."
"Beautiful state forest with great walking trails through eucalypt forest. Lots of bird life."
"Great place for bird watching, trail running and general hiking on the fire trails. Wallabies can been seen in the gullies. Excellent world class mountain bike trails. Great example of how conservation and recreation can be partnered together."
"Good range and length of walking and bike trails. Nice way to spend a couple of hours"
