"Not worth the one star, my sister took my captiva there nearly two weeks ago, for a standard service, today I spoke with the owner who not just gave me attitude and was aggressive but told me apparently it doesn't start needs an auto electrician, the injectors cleaned, and still hasn't had a service its still on the hoist. He is also trying to charge more then $1000 for unauthorised work and told me these issues are why the service light is on despite the light being on due to needing a service. I have now threatened legal action as it does not take this long to service a car. Tried to claim its due to his daughter having covid which is why it's taking so long. Not good enough. If they are not able to complete work in a timely manner they should not be in business. To anyone needing a mechanic avoid this place at all costs. I have never had an experience like this. It only went there for a service, has full service and other needed repair history. Drove in perfectly fine absolutely nothing wrong with it. Has driven fine from the first day we brought it."

"Took my car in due to issues with the brakes. Didn't feel they listened as I tried to explain what the issue was (as the issue would only come up sometimes and other times it would drive fine). They charged me $60 to replace some parts that only had minor wear and told me the brakes were fine, and next day it has the exact same issue. Not thorough and customer service is lacking."
