"Chris at Pedders was amazing, knowledgeable and quick to respond and was understanding to my 100 questions. My car brakes started feeling off and started squealing slightly, i called my dealership where i get my car serviced, they advised my rotors and pads need to changed due to the sounds and quoted over $1200 plus servicing but couldn't book it in for 2 weeks. Contacted Pedders via the website Monday morning advised of what dealer said, Chris called 20mins later and had the car booked in the next morning. He took the time to show me my pads, rotors and explained everything and why they were like they were, and how to look after them. He was very informative, didn't talk down to me, just spoke so i would understand and be more knowledgeable about my brakes. Had my Pads and Rotors changed in 3 hours and a cost FAR FAR less than the dealer quoted. Highly recommend the team at Lilydale."

"Brought my car here for brake replacement. Asked specifically and was quoted for certain brake rotors and pads. The car was fitted with different lower quality rotors without talking to me first and when I picked up the car there was a scraping sound coming from the back of the car. Took the car to someone else to find out the handbrake was loose, the rear sway bar links now need replacing, the fender liner had been broken and a brake line had been left insecure. Horrible service."
