"I ordered a new Ute and had the dealership order and install, amongst other things, an Ironman hoopless Proguard bull bar. The bull bar looks fantastic and is exceptionally functional, having a 20-inch light bar installed on it. There was an installation issue where one of the sensors was not installed correctly. Unfortunately, the new car dealer never returned my phone calls or emails. I contacted Ironman in relation to the issue and was immediately provided solutions to either take the vehicle to one of their dealers or have parts shipped to me. Since I live in the middle of nowhere, I requested the parts shipped to me. 2 Days later I received an express post package with not one but a complete set of sensor fitments. A few minutes later the issue was resolved. Ironman provided assistance in resolving an issue caused by a third party. What a great company that stands totally behind its product. I will be acquiring more Ironman products! Great products backed by a great company."

"I bought the FCP Stage 2, no Ironman shop within 1000 miles,,so local shop install and needed support. Took over a week before email. Glad I didn’t wait at the shop for more than the day. So email stated he will answer my questions before I get to the shop appt next day. After looking for an email with truck on lift and I’m paying labor cost. It wasn’t received till we needed to wrap up as I’m now out of money. The support email also had no answeres and only questions I’ve answered tens of times. I have a month of emails now with only two replies, acting like this is first time hearing about me. So, why can’t I have a nice suspension as everybody else. Because I’m disabled or I’d do it myself. Maybe one of you Australian guys could help John in America, support guy. Ya, the only guy. Please pass it along to corporate they only have one guy for all of the United States. I mean, I would help for free if my truck worked correctly. Now we have uca ball joint recall. They better put me at the top of list with some shop that can fix this mess. $3200 American and Ironman can’t support. I could be driving around and ball joint takes off, the same time a rear spring falls out. I’m picturing my fj no longer with an inch lean, it’s finally level now that ground uca let go of warm out ball joint. Wish me luck thanks for listening, wish I could spend a couple of weeks there wheeling with you guys. But I can’t, I spent the money on a suspension I shouldn’t be using because Ironman 4x4America can and need to learn from you. Funny thing, I got a great looking Brick Red FJ Cruiser and was hopeful to add a bunch of Ironman 4x4 green, products and wrap sides with the same green. Really, even not riding correctly, I love the shocks and springs and the ride on road and city “dips” in streets are no challenge. I’m wanting Ironman to tell me how to fix now, actually a shop, and pay for it since support know nothing and John has to ask a tech and he disappears for a couple weeks. Ok. Bye folks."
