"I purchased a winch extension rope and after a few weeks of waiting and tracking not helpful, I contacted Ultra-winch as I needed the rope fairly soon at that stage. Without being asked, they offered to send a replacement by express post at their cost and it arrived two days later. The original order? They just said wait and see what happens and we'll work that out later. Can't speak highly enough of a business that supports its customers like this instead of the "not my problem" attitude of most online retailers. Their products are great (I'm a return customer and will stay that way) so with this back up service and attitude, why would buy elsewhere."
