"So, I own a 2022 Fortuner and the ride is rigid in addition I have a bad back and couldn't afford a Prado. I rang around to many places looking for different seats, or suspension. Most places out there simply said no can't help you etc. Mark at OL Epping was the only person that gave me the time of day. He rang around and tried to source a Stratos seat however it is not compliant so he steered me away due to legalities. We discussed suspension options and he gave me his time of day and explained some options that I will look into. The most important thing I appreciated, was his honesty in not being a hard salesman and selling me suspension not fit for purpose and he gave me his time!
