"Great place to buy European car parts!"
"Have spent 10's of thousands with Welch. Was sold a faulty engine speed sensor. Put in a warranty claim, filled out their forms, provided evidence etc. 6 months have now gone by. No answer regarding the warranty claim. Sales manager 'Chris' refuses to reply to emails and continues to dodge calls. Avoid this business at all costs. Business is run ridiculously unprofessionally from the very top. Was guaranteed I would have an answer within 3 days by both the sales manager and general manager, that was nearly 2 months ago. Customer service - zero. Professionalism - zero. Ability to provide quality parts - zero. I recommend Imparts or HSY. You would genuinely receive better parts warranty if you bought second hand. Laughable."

"Use to be extremely happy with Welch, but they have gone down hill major time. Nothing arrives on time (if at all to the right shop) drivers have no idea what they are doing. And now only 3 runs a day, so if they make a mistake, enjoy telling your customers why they can’t have their cars back that day. Can’t complain about the in-office staff though, most of them are legends. Just the way GPC Asia is running their companies at the moment is pathetic."
