Reply to the Response: What you sold is faulty and you are not admitting it. I asked for a part, you sold me a part, you took money if its not working, give me the other one. I am not asking for money. Also, light cannot come off as you were suggesting. Moreover, you must have told me on the day that you are not responsible if light or switch will not work. I could have made an informed decision if you would have told me that. All, you said was that its in good condition and there is no problem. You must resolve this issue, just give the working part. I wanted to resolve this but you are not ready to do it. Its bad customer service."

"Arrogant and dishonest. Would not recomend coming here. I usually i don't bother with reviews but this experience has moved me to write my first. Had to buy a rear diff for my customers range rover evoque i insisted on giving them the VIN for the correct part but was arrogantly told that the diffs are all the same. Received the diff and it was incorrect. i had to drive out personally to return and collect the correct diff. I was assured i would be 'looked after' for my troubles of being screwed around all day. so when i get there the guy Ali said he did me a favor just by serving me at 8am and that he would look after me next time. He could have just reimbursed me and discounted me a small portion for the diff and it would've been fine. in the end i was not looked after and they wasted my time."

But after a little bit digging I found out from the way the owner is replying to the reviews that there is something Abnormal. Let's talk about my visit and what I saw and went through, the team and the owner Ali are so friendly and helpful even they gave me some advice regarding my car maintenance. The hummer part that I was looking for were in their stock even though it's not widely available in the market and I have been searching for it for a while now. And finally the price, when you're looking for a part that's not available in the market you know that you are paying premium for it but not with them. I got a pretty good deal on it and they gave a little discount because I'm first time customer. In conclusion this is the friendliest and most professional team I have worked with in a long time. I highly recommend them for your needs and I know from now on were I'm doing business in the future"
