"A nice, not-too-big location... I've used THIS Flight Centre, and in fact mostly the same agent, for 25 years; do your research online, then go in and book through an actual person...online bookings also mean NO-one's there to clean up the mess you've made by pressing the wrong button/s. And besides, if you've got a good price on a comparable itinerary, they will beat it."
"Not happy at all. I booked and paid for my tickets to fly to CHCH NZ on the 18th July and return on 6th August. At the Qantas checkout I was told they didn't have a return ticket for me. 2:30am. in the morning. I showed them my paper ticket. They told me it was not a ticket just an itinerary. Anger did not cut it. I was told to call Flight Centre emergency number. NO ONE ANSWERED. After 40 mins i hung up and told the Qantas person I had to catch this plane home. It was only then I was told I had to buy another return ticket which I did I had no option . I have only recently received a refund. Terrible customer service from FC and Qantas"
