"Over the years booked quite a few holidays with FC in north lakes, but would say the last holiday and the one we are interested in booking I’m going to go elsewhere, the agents have no enthusiasm and huff and puff like it’s all to much trouble for them to look. We asked for suggestions about things and got met with I don’t know, not oh I will try and find out for you and let you know etc. They look bored and uninterested. My last holiday cost us 22k and it was us that chased around booking tickets etc. Looking at spending close to the same again but might has well do it myself. Get some new staff in there or at least teach them customer service and at least try and make you want to spend your money on a holiday. Really really disappointing service with travel agents who look like they wish they were somewhere else. This isn’t just one person this is all of them Update to owner of FC, Whether they are busy or not they were unhelpful, and didn’t want to even try help us with booking a big trip. She sat with her arms crossed and rolled her eyes. We work extremely hard and travel is what we like to spend our money on. But the staff at North lakes are the most unfriendly bunch I have come across, a few years ago they had some amazing staff like chuck and Stacy etc. They are supposed to provide a service to people who want to book a holiday, if they are not happy in doing that maybe they should work somewhere else. I work with the public every day and don’t treat people like this. Very poor excuse to use, when we was there she wasn’t waiting on an appointment with anybody so there was no rush, plain and simply she just couldn’t be bothered to look or find any information out"
