"In all communications from beginning to my final payment, a new part was repeatedly quoted to me. It was only when I received the delivery that I noticed a note was added to the invoice- confirming that a used part was sent to me anyway and for me to advise them of my bank details for credit. Would have been nice to have been notified prior to simply sending it out without the customer's agreement. Staff over phone was rude and it took almost 2 weeks for a $40 refund to be honoured to me via bank transfer. In that time all emails to the company to confirm if the credit had been honoured was not responded to. May have all the parts you need, but poor communication and busines acumen."
