"My experience with mars performance has been an absolute nightmare and that’s putting it nicely. I ordered a front bar from them roughly 4-6 months ago, however when the bumper arrived, it was not included with the chrome fog light covers as mentioned in the description and photos on the website. I called a handful of times only to be ignored for half of them, and told what I want to hear with no thorough action the other half. I resorted to sending an email of my enquiry only for them to reply with the amount of bumpers they had in stock so I therefore had to forward the message and explain that they misinterpreted my message and to have them look over it again. After the months and months of failed attempts to contact them and their lack of communication, they sent a final email completely disregarding what was spoken and promised prior, claiming that the parts were lost in the workshop when they were not on there to begin with to lose. Very unhappy with these services and would urge anyone considering purchasing from this business to stay very clear to save yourself the stress as they have absolutely no regard."

"My recent encounter with Mars has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have to share my experience to save others from the frustration and disappointment I've endured. I have a C63S, took my car to Mars for a Grille upgrade (GT), took the car back, next morning after the installation as i received 3 errors codes on my dash , called them they said we cant help you, it must of been there before. (errors all relating to sensors) on the front bumper bar they had removed. Went to Mercedes to find parking sensors half connected, they blew the fuse for the radar, cable tied the front camera as they broke the clips, siliconed in the Radar badge back on(see photo). They deny ever performing this work. BUYER BEWARE do not get work done here !!!"

"Waited 10 mins in showroom completely unattended. Eventually served, too 20 mins to search for what I wanted that was “in stock” to then be told it couldn’t be found. Called me to say next day the found it Purchased and waited a week for what I should have walked away with in the first place Package arrived and EVERY SINGLE carbon fibre piece was scratched or damaged. Agreed on a discount and I would use the money to get it repaired. Two weeks later STILL NO REFUND yet. Avoid these guys. Terrible to deal with."

"Staff helpful. I bought front and rear lights, they look great and improved the look of the car. Unfortunately I had return the headlights, MARS issued a full refund on them. Highly recommend. Will I buy from MARS again? Yes, most definately."

"Great quality products! Love my new headlights, easy installation, clear instructions for extras. Only negative about this place, slow replies. Can only assume this is because they are busy all the time. Will be doing more shopping with Mars in the future."
