"Charged me more in-store for spark plugs than it would have cost to use their own website. When I pointed this out, he told me to be grateful he hadn’t charged extra for transport, as they were out of stock and had to get item from their warehouse. Wow! Is it my fault they’re out of stock?! Retailers complain about online sales hurting them... and then they treat customers like fools. Not nice."
