"PATHETIC STORE AND PATHETIC STAFF. took a battery for replacement under warranty after what RACV said was a bad battery. Female manager advised battery is fine and didn't even know positive from negative terminals on battery when testing battery 2nd time for some reason just to avoid replacement. She then said on record which anyone can contact me for and current affairs and racv have a record of too, that "RACV by default states always that batteries are faulty and we should not trust RACV" Then she goes on to say she has a friend working for RACV who stated all batteries are told to be needing replacement. When questioned how you can defame a big company like RACV she went all silent and defensive. I have it all on audio recording and will await your general manager to contact me within 3 business days or else this is all going public. Bunch of pathetic staff and manager."
