"These are the two best Salt of the Earth Aussie couple, who work very and try and go that one further for their customers. Any of those whiners who might write silly reviews about a bit of a wait to book in, I will say this, if a mechanic is so busy, it may take a long booking time to get in, does this not mean they are in demand and they have lots of customers who come back and will not go elsewhere, as I am a return customer who is happy to make a booking and wait for my appointment to come up and I have even brought another satisfied customer to them that say they will go to them in the future too. I am saddened that I am leaving the state and I will say there are not too many business folks I would say I will miss for who they are, before I even get the bill, as I do not care about that, as it costs what it costs and I am a disabled pensioner saying this, as Simon and Jodie are good at what they do and they will go that extra when they can manage to do so. Good Aussies like this are sadly disappearing, so I say support them, as they will support you and I know for a fact that they are respected in the western suburbs, as others, even the big dealerships, say they have a good name too, so what does that tell you, worthy of your money, as they will show you are worthy of their work too. I am one of those Aussie blokes who is another salt of the Earth bloke and I love the last of these types of mechanic family folks, good work ethics and lots of integrity, as they will not do a job if you do not need a job done. In these days that is a rare commodity and if you go elsewhere, then that will be your problem and not theirs."

"Bad experience. Fire the lady who picks up the phone. The company will have better business then. Update: Dear Owner of the company, Mate just because I gave a rating of 1 star and told the statement above, doesnt mean that you can falsely accuse someone like that. I do have a mother and sister and they have taught me how to treat and respect woman. Also, the phone call barely took less than 2 minutes. Why would a person who is calling for help for repairing the back light, call, explain the problem and just abuse the person on the other side in less than 2 minutes. I have the call history with me. And yes she told me you guys were booked until the late of August. But there is a way of saying this to a customer. I bought this car around 2 weeks back and the dealer I bought the car from told me that they will take care of electrical works and not changing the globes (i have email). The lady just said that they won’t cover it and just rushed on ending the call without even giving me any chance to speak. I am living next to your workshop and I am a potential customer for you, be this one job or any other later. The way she said that, made me regret calling you and wanted to give this rating and I mean what I said in my review. I don’t usually give bad ratings but this one I just had to. And about my English, it sure is not my mother tongue but I have been learning it since I was in school. And even if i didn’t know English, will that be a problem for you to serve me. Surely tells me how your mindset is. And sure you can tell them to flag of my warranty policy. Have it for like 6 months. So doesn't matter much. "Absolutely amazing mechanic, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed properly. Incredible customer service. Couldn't recommend a better mechanic than Simon. They take fantastic care of all their clients and are honest about what they're doing to the car and what else could come up in the car. They're honest about everything and very well priced. I can't imagine going to any other mechanic"

Unfortunately I needed a new engine, and he went out of his way to source a reliable one for me and swapped it over in great time.
