"Premium price, poorest support - great work QBE, 30min hold times just to cancel my current policies and take up a new replacement policy. You just lost another customer, these wait times are hectic especially with the premiums I am paying you. Updated stars from 1 to 3, whilst I was unable to get through via phone, QBE were reasonably fast to respond to my email request for cancellation, and refunded the overpayment amount. What I believe to be somewhat respectable overall."

"Very Disappointed with QBE insurance Passed on by Australia Post Insurance And got into an accident and basically after the Trauma I was forced to handle their paperwork , had to organise the Towing Taxi and other stuff.? Even the Police were Baffled why I was talking to them Saying “The insurance company should talking to us not you Thats what you paying for..? “ Till now QBE insurance call centre is trying to worm out of their duties and making me their work Any complaints please speak to AFCA And put an end of their Shifty policies"

"I have been on the phone for hours trying to talk to representative to cancel my insurance without any success. I've also emailed them with no response. I'm will be filling a complaint with consumer affairs. The worst insurance company ever."

"Horrible experience would not Reccomend anyone to deal with this company I have been waiting 80 days for a answer . They sent out unqualified person to inspect my property told me it was not built structurally correct property is been inspected by authorised building surveyor and passed all inspections and by engineer now and when was getting built . I have ended up in consumer affairs current affairs waiting results to put it on tv keep the F__k away from them . And if you're with ANZ make sure you don't go through them for insurance or you will end up with these rip off artists Horrible people"

"Absolutely terrible service. They do not care about people at all. Never get to speak to the same person even when they call you. Had my car towed away to auctions a week early and I had to chase around to find it to get my personal items from the vehicle., Classed as repairable write off with just bumper damage. I wanted to take it to get a second opinion and was told it was probably pulled apart.. Their preferred repairer didn't even touch the car and it was very driveable. I'm sure the assessor dysentery even go out. Dragged out every step of the process except taking my car away. Very upsetting and aggravating experience."
