"On the 25th April it was a public holiday and at around 6:30 in the morning we ordered through the Hungry Jacks Application which processed the order and confirmed it. I then proceeded to go pick up my order within the next 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store, there was a sign outside, notifying that the opening hours for that day was 9am. There was one staff member inside, the manager Ryan, so I proceeded to go in to the Restaurant, and after speaking with him he advised me that he had just received my order even though the POS machines should not have received an app order as per the Hungry Jack’s public holiday opening hours. He had already fired up the machines early, just so that he could see to my order, he was working by himself, yet did an amazing job providing a professional service. The Hungry Jack’s application had not been updated by the Head Office for this store that day and technically should not have received my order yet. It’s the on the spot self managed procedure of Ryan, that really highlighted my experience with this Hungry Jack’s store. It speaks a lot about the character and value a manager like Ryan puts into ensuring that even though the system may have been incorrect, that customer service was put first. A pleasure being served by Ryan and certainly shows the journey this store has come along. (Being a long time customer of this store) Ray"

"I would give this establishment a very bad review and suggest that others avoid it at all costs. Not only did they fail to meet your basic expectation of serving hot, fresh food, but they also ignored your request, which is a clear sign of their lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It is disappointing to see such a disregard for quality and customer service in the food industry. It is the responsibility of the staff at Hungry Jack's Burgers to ensure that their customers receive the best possible experience, and in this case, they have failed miserably. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, and I hope that they take your feedback seriously and improve their service in the future."

"Nuggets were completely cold, aioli was swapped for sweet chilli sauce and the burgers were absolutely ridiculous, they’ve got to be kidding i paid over $20 for meat in a squashed bun didn’t give me the extra cheese I paid for and completely lacking in lettuce."

"The drive-thru service was quick and efficient. Their chocolate sundae was super refreshing and delicious - perfect for the hot weather. We also ordered a chicken royale and a bacon deluxe burger. They were both very tasty. The burgers are truly better at Hungry Jacks."
