"One of the Woman who works behind the counter, has no clue whatsoever Came to drop a prepaid parcel she wouldn’t except on top of that. She wasn’t making any sense of what she was saying. Drove to another post office they excepted the parcel without any nonsense. Another time came here for identity. Check woman had a bad attitude and again, no clue they just look at each other, unsure of what they’re doing."

"Arrived at 4:20 long queue as usual. Got to the assistant at 4:40. She then refused to process my application for ID because it’s 4:30. It’s open till 5pm, they should either change their operating hours or process anything till 5pm."

"Staff very friendly but they cannot handle load with passport photos. Shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes in line to send a package. No problems with the staff but due to sizing and passports the place is a logistical nightmare."

"So this has happened twice. I had pre purchased international express post envelope. Each time I was advised by the staff that they cannot accept those as they were old ones and they are unable to scan them forcing me to purchase a new one for $30. I want to know where does it say on their envelopes or their website that the envelopes expire after a certain date. This happened again today even when the envelope was only a few months old. Extremely Poor service"

"Let me be clear, this post office is no way a 5* post office but I have given it a 5* to compensate all other 1*/bad reviews that other people have given unnecessarily. Today was my first visit here and naturally the line was outside the shop at peak hour, though there was at least 10/12 people in front of me but I had to wait in the line only for 10 minutes. So most of the people were served within a minute. The staff were professional and quick to serve. Its not their fault that the demand is overwhelmingly high in this location. They need a bigger post office with more staff."
