""Very professional in their job..highly recommended!!" I wrote the review above when the guys had just finished the job. No doubt the guys did a good but a few days later I feel they are not professional. Here's why I say this. At the end of the job, the bill was $365 and I paid them $400 in cash. The guys said they don't have change. So I asked them to transfer the remaining amount to my bank account. I am not sure whether they did that. I haven't received it yet. I wrote an email to them but no response. Seems for $35 they are willing to sacrifice their name. Good luck with it."

"I have never in my life left a negative review but our experience with these 'removalists' was the worst we have ever received. I have to believe most of the positive reviews here are fake. Long story ahead. They got the time wrong by 6 hours (!), they couldn’t find the (very obvious) container they were supposed to unload from, then once it was loaded it took them TWO HOURS to drive from Campbellfield to Hawthorn. They blocked the residents of the complex in with their truck and had to move it three times, each time taking around 10 minutes. They unloaded so slowly that my girlfriend and I ended up moving at least half of the boxes ourselves. The entire time, they kept complaining that it was a "tough job, very tough job." ??? It was a couch, a washing machine, a fridge and some boxes, all of which were stated when I booked the job. We managed to load the container ourselves on the other side with no problems, and we are not a removalist business. They damaged so many of our things and stacked fragile items underneath heavy objects. It took them so long the $260 quoted job ballooned into $570. Finally they moved the fridge, and instead of using a blanket or the trolley, they dragged it across our kitchen floor. When we came upstairs we discovered they had made long, deep gouge in the linoleum. When I confronted them, they tried to blame the fridge, said their insurance would cover it, apologised, then left. A few minutes later they came back and said, "actually, we've spoken to our boss and we have to pay you now, out of our salary, how much do you want?" Extremely dodgy. We said sorry no, we will need to speak to our real estate agent and get your insurance details, do this through official channels. This was on a Friday at 7pm. We called them Monday and they told us they were aware, so we emailed the situation through, including photos, and requested their insurance details. After numerous phone calls and emails, they responded a WEEK later and said they are not liable because we didn't report it within 24 hours and therefore they will not be paying. Which of course is a complete lie, because we reported it immediately and refused their hush money. NOW we have to contact consumer affairs because this business believes it is acceptable to break people's things and not pay for them. Heed my warning because I do not want anyone else to go through this."

"I am so grateful, moved 3 hours away, had the most 2 delightful happy men, who went out of their way to help us. Charges were so reasonable and communication with company was great, we used. Pushminder and Garry the guys were too great they did the great job."

"Comfort removals is very reliable, honest and professional moving company. Their prices are very reasonable comparing to their amazing service. They are super super fast. They moved my house without scratching any furniture or any wall. They finished ahead of time without complaining or taking a minute off. Their guys are reliable and strong enough to carry any load. I very highly recommend these guys. No need to pay the double if you can use such a moving company. I will definitely use any time and recommend them to all friends...All the best"

"Fantastic moving skills. Very punctual. Very professional. Really friendly. It was an understandably difficult move for them, given the sheer volume and heavy bits involved. But, they completed it with perfection. Also, it was an intra-state job covering about 150 km with multiple stops. Still, they were always driving ahead of me. So, very good driving skills too. Cost-wise, they were the most affordable ones with the least fuel levy charged by a huge margin among all other quotes from other movers. I highly recommend them any day."
