"Theirs not too much to say about the quality of the chicken except for they were only single coated the wicked wings. I have worked at a kfc for 3 years and I do know that you need to double coat the spicy chicken, but the wicked wings were very sad and could tell it was only dipped once"

"I ordered a water with my meal and was told there was no water. No big deal, I asked to swap to nuggets and guy told me all good. Get home, no nuggets, so I’ve been given nothing for the money I paid for water - don’t know why it let me order the item and take payment if they didn’t have any in stock. Anyway, was still hoping my meal would be nice and was prepared to be open-minded; I work in fast food, stuff happens, I get it. Nope. Wicked wings were disgusting, I must have got the 3 at the bottom of the bag or something because I’ve never had a worse wing in my life. My gravy was all clumpy like it hadn’t mixed or dissolved properly and my chips were cold and super brown; obviously over cooked or cooked in very old oil. I am not a complainer; I have never written a negative review and literally the only time I have rang up a take-away place to complain before was when I ordered from this same KFC a month or so ago. Nonetheless I am so sick of dropping $30-$60 per order (for myself and others) to walk away disappointed and feeling ripped off almost every time. Last time when I had an issue, manager basically told me too bad, and that a refund couldn’t be transmitted online; sounds like bs considering I payed online and ordered through an app - again, I work at a fast-food restaurant, I know how these apps work; after all if I rang them before picking up and asked to cancel my order, I’m sure I would’ve have been able to get a refund, so it’s interesting that this suddenly couldn’t be processed even after I offered to bring the full meal back. I will certainly be making the extra drive to Tingalpa KFC from now on and would recommend other customers join me; much fresher food and no dried out pieces of chicken."

"The food has been cooked perfectly each time on my last few visits. The burgers have been well filled and there was no skimping on sauces/mayo. Service could be a little better at peak times (6 - 7 pm) as I've been parked a couple of times waiting for chicken, but overall, the food quality has been well worth a short wait. Can't say the same thing for Capalaba or Cleveland, where the staff can't count, the orders are wrong more often than right, and the chicken is under cooked but the chips are over done... i much prefer Wynnum KFC..."

"Terrible, I bought the slab meal that is out atm, 6buns only sauce and cheese on 2.5 of them, which means 3.5 people don't get anything on there bun, orderd a mix of chicken pieces and received all original which was dry as, (not good chicken at all), didn't get any of the sauces that comes in the pack either, come on KFC Wynnum pick up your act no wonder you have a 2.8 rating. Lucky we have Tinglpa store now, next time raining or not I'll drive there."
