"If you have purchased anything from any store and you find out iCumulus is the courier, cancel your order. Absolute disgrace. I don't even know how they are allowed to operate. They were (supposed) to deliver our sofa and a parcel. Firstly, we had to keep following up on when they were actually going to be delivered. For the parcel, they never rang our intercom or our unit, they just dumped it outside. Not even in our lobby. As for the sofa, well it never even arrived. I had to tell them this in order for them to give me another delivery date. Both times I tracked the van down our road, stayed home all day. Both times they failed to deliver, the van just drove off. Didn't even call me to say why. And the best part? You can't call iCumulus, you can only email them and it takes them ages to reply. They told me it had been delivered on their system and they had a POD (they couldn't even supply it, but kept saying they had it...think I'd notice if I had my new sofa in my living room, thanks). I had to go to the retailer and tell them they weren't telling the truth to me...lots of them going back and forth with them, only for them to turn around and say they didn't even have the sofa/it was lost in transit. I still to this day don't know what that means and I never got a clear answer. But I do know I will NEVER go with them again."

"If I could zero stars, I would. They are the worst delivery company I’ve come across. Didn’t update me with the new tracking number for my item, didn’t contact me before delivery and left half of my bed frame on the side walk unattended that didn’t even look like the intended delivery address. Once I contacted them that I hadn’t received my item, they said there was a new tracking number attached and it was delivered(I never received either) and said that the item didn’t need to be signed on delivery. After paying $300+ for delivery, that is the service that was provided. Basically wherever it was delivered, it was taken/lost/stolen. When I tried contacting them asking questions of the whereabouts and saying that the delivery address doesn’t have brick walls (which was sent to me in a picture taken by the driver) and only rendered white walls, they stopped emailing me back."

"The worst courier company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Paid $330 for my brosa lounge to be delivered, courier drivers are by themselves so they don’t deliver into your house. First part of the lounge came with a ripped box, so my white lounge has black spots on it. The only reason I have given 1 star and not nothing, is because Tammy from customer service helped expedite the second part of my lounge. That’s about as far as the positive news goes. Always ask your retailer prior to buying anything so you don’t get this courier. UPDATE- I highly recommend filing a complaint against both Kogan and IGX. The more people that do this, the better chance something will be done."

"Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. The delivery driver did not even knock on the door to let me know he had arrived. Driver had dumped the pallet with boxes in front of my garage and when I confronted him about this he told me it wasn’t his responsibility. Had to argue with him until he finally relented and helped me drag the boxes into the garage. When I told him to take the pallet he refused to take it and now I’m stuck with having to get rid of it myself. If this is the standard of delivery from Icumulus I would recommend anyone avoid using them."

"Had a bed delivered yesterday and the courier didn't even have the audacity to knock. The only way I knew it had been delivered was because I HEARD something thump out the front. It took me 30 seconds to get to the door and by the time I'd opened it he was already halfway down the street. Horrible service. Dude literally left my package in front of my door and I couldn't even open it??? Based on other reviews I feel lucky that my boxes weren't battered and torn too badly but they were still in awful shape. I didn't choose icumulus, who I ordered my bed from did but I warn anyone: do not use this courier ever."
