"Rude and give you the run around. like we inconvenience them by daring to enter their store. Give you false information , even though I knew I was correct as I went on the government website beforehand but I was told I couldn't sign in behalf of someone so I rang up the actual sector and of course I can sign. I will go to another post office and let you knowhow it goes but they have been like that as long as I remember so glad we have the collendina /Woolworths post office now but unfortunately I can't do that there only selected post offices"
"Some re-training is required for the know-it-all staff who can not follow basic instructions set out by Australia Post. If Australia Post and the sender allow collection by an agent and the agent presents all necessary documentation it is not your job to reject the collection.
