"YOUFOODZ NEEDS TO SACK YOU! One star is not a low enough rating. I ordered 18 meals to feed my partner whilst he is on nightshift. We spent a premium amount as we needed the convenience. My order was due to arrive today and upon checking the tracking it was placed to on hold. I called to get more information as was told it was damaged and would not be coming. The solution? Refund my money within 5 days. What about the 18 meals we were counting on to arrive TODAY? I now need to wait 5 days until I receive my money back to try and organise something else. The advisor on the phone kept telling me “not to worry” which is rich considering it’s not his worry at all and it is my issue! Hungry, Broke and very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! All of these issues have been caused by the delivery company, I am not the only one who has had these issues, DO BETTER."

"Would give 0 stars if it was an option! Recent HelloFresh delivery in early hours of the morning - driver (Raj) drove off the driveway and across our lawn and into our tap/bursting the pipe. Woke up to a flooded front lawn on a Sunday morning. Multiple attempts made to seek compensation for the costly damages, they have ignored all of our communication, even when we have provided photo evidence. Has happened once before in the past also, really poor service."

"With the bad reviews this company has I am still confused why big companies such as macros and hello fresh use them to deliver products especially food products for human consumption. I was meant to get my delivery on the Monday morning it has now been dragged out all the way till the Wednesday with still no indication of delivery all that they told me is that it’s in the depot sitting there. They don’t care about customers they rather waste your time while your on the phone trying to get an answer where your food is."

"Had my food delivery box delivered to a different address, and I received someone else's. They had two opportunities to read the label and realise that something was wrong, but yet no action taken. Quite dissaponted."
