At ONA Coffee Melbourne, we offer a wide range of specialty blends, brewing options, and experimental coffees. Our extensive "reserve menu" of frozen coffee beans allows you to explore rare and exciting coffee varietals and styles at any time. Whether you prefer milk-based, espresso, or filter coffee, we have carefully roasted each single origin coffee and blend to suit one of these three styles.

We are proud to engage in direct trade and mutually beneficial relationships with coffee farmers worldwide through our green bean supplying company, Project Origin. With each cup of coffee we serve, we share the stories of these coffee farmers and contribute to their communities. Our coffee is priced to reflect quality and fairness to producers, as Project Origin pays higher premiums to their partners at origin.

Sustainability is at the core of our values. In 2020, we launched the #giveupthecup campaign, aiming to eliminate single-use cups from our venues and wholesale distribution.
