"The tea is good but portions are measly. For a large that costs $7 you can finish the whole thing in 2 slurps. The pearls are also very limited. Other shops give more pearls which is the very point of the drink. It's a rip off. And if you as for no ice, they'll give it to you a different smaller volume container. The staff there aren't friendly and they barely smile or even say thank you and mostly you'll get a cold unfriendly person serving you. I thought they were better than the other brands but with the smaller portions and unfriendly service I'll go back to their competition and buy elsewhere instead. If I'm going to spend on bubble tea it'll better be worth my money."
