"Clean and well maintained shop. Not a very long wait to get your order. They also have their Top 10 list plastered. When I first tried Gotcha, I didn’t like their Pearl Milk Tea (but this was ordered from Melbourne CBD before) so I was hesitant to try Gotcha in St Albans. But their shop is too cute so I decided to go in and try their Top 1, which is the Black Sugar Pearl Milk Tea. I loved it—pearls were cooked perfectly but they could add more sugar. Will go back to try other drinks!"
"Monday, 10/4/2023. Around 15.30pm There are 3 staff in the counter and not much customer waiting (3 people). They working really slowly so i have to mention that with them and they give me back a reason that no customer want to hear " there is few more order before you ". Omg just only 3 people but the staff working really slow and also talking and laugh like there is no one busy ?!?! Why take so long for an cup of milk tea? Other shop they do really quick and professional with out chilling while working ! So much unhappy ! Customer service need to be train carefully."
