"Terrible - I wouldn't order again if this is the courier company used. Had a delivery from Chemist Warehouse which used this group. I paid for a 3h or less delivery (quite steep). I waited for 4 hours, but then had to go out. I got a call 5 hours after the order was originally placed and the person on the phone was asking me what to do, and whether they could leave it. I said leave it. Got home, they didn't leave it - and now its on me to have to go and collect it having lost money for their inability to deliver a service that was paid for... After again speaking to the customer service I was advised to deal solely with Chemist Warehouse as the item was returned... Terrible support from Chemist Warehouse too in terms of follow up."

"Absolutely shocking experience with Rendr. They had the collection address wrong and my order was reassigned to 2 different drivers. One driver decided to abuse me on the phone for the mistake, which wasn’t mine. 3 calls later and it still couldn’t be delivered on the day (6 hours later)."

"Package was left unattended and I didn't receive the package. How can someone leave package on street! I live in apartment building and it was left outside on street, and I never hot it. There should be a process of keeping it into some safe space and if they can't then they should redirect to nearest post office, it doesn't make any sense to leave it on city street."
