"Can i give no stars. What the hell has happened to this place. It clearly has changed hands. The Food presented is missing items from the menu. Coffee cups are dirty. The tables are not cleared or wiped they have more staff working than ever before. Have you thought about using the beans your selling. Peanut management."

"The coffee was really bad. I've had better at Middle child and Poyntons. The milk that was used in my soy latte was not soy but full cream. I have been to Jasper before during pre Covid and it was much better then!!!! The vanilla slice I have had better at Poyntons. This one was dry The workers didn't want to be there. I didn't really want to write this review but thought I would warn the actual lactose intolerance people. Luckily I can handle full cream but for someone with a sensitive stomach this would be a no go for you!!! The only saving grace was the coffee tonic which I liked"

"Had a pretty bad coffee today. An oat milk latte that was 1/3 airy bubbly froth, with $1 extra for oat milk and a weekend surcharge on top of that. Coffee tasted stale and bleh. So $6 for bad coffee, which is bad anywhere but especially in Melbourne. Not griping about the price but a bad product at that price. Could have QA before serving, as if you are a serious coffee drinker, you would know at one look that it looked bad and if you were a serious coffee business, would not have served it. Service staff were not rude but just comes across as disinterested. Shame cos I've had good coffee there before."

"Was rushed through order, the staff more in getting in getting to the next person then getting your order right. we ordered an iced latte and an iced mocha. received a tall glass of milk with 1 undrinkable esspro shot. and a chocolate milkshake with syrup and espresso on the side. 10/10 would not recommend!"

"Packed but great thing we secured a seat. The place is loud because it’s inside a shopping centre and nearby shops. Lots of selections from coffee to cakes, in house menu, and pastries and so much more. Price is on the higher side I reckon as I paid almost $40 for 2 coffee and 3 desserts only. Anyways, it was a lovely experience since it’s always been crowded."
