"I went through these removalists and would highly NOT recommend using them. I had contacted them one month in advance to schedule a 9:30AM removalist in May and requested a 7.5 tonne truck. The male confirmed the time and truck stating ‘don’t stress’. Less than 12 hours before the scheduled time he contacted me to advise that they would be unable to attend at 9:30AM due to an unfinished job. He stated that the workers would attend the property between 12-2PM. The workers did not attend during that time and there was minimal communication received. The removalists showed up after 3:00PM with the incorrect sized truck and proceeded to complain about how much belongings we had. We observed the men to be extremely careless with our boxes including the ones labeled fragile, resulting in glass being broken and our washing machine having a large dent. Once we left the property to go to the drop off location we followed the workers where they stopped at 7/11 for 15 minutes. By the time the job was completed we had run 25 minutes over the 2 hours therefore the man charged $390 despite the quoted $260 and the 15 minutes wasted at 7/11. I reluctantly paid the requested amount however advised I would be in touch. For the next 2 weeks I was following up with the removalists regarding the dented washing machine and unsatisfactory service. When I agreed to go through them I was advised that it was ‘satisfactory service or money back guarantee’ however, they are refusing to refund the money now and have been avoiding my calls. I would not recommend using these removalists as they do not prioritise clients as they state when you contact them!!"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is not a courier company but a scam. Booked two hours but driver came and said it was only one hour. Refused to carry the agreed items and was extremely rude. Would have been worst if I didn't try to argue and stand my ground. Stay was from these scammers."

"Damaged a piano which was left to me by my grandfather. Also damaged the house they moved it into. Paint scraped on the walls, chips and dents everywhere. Lied about insurance and gave me the run around until finally dodging my calls entirely. Really disappointed."

"This company have not only damaged up to 10k of my personal belongings but have also stolen my belongings. They have been reported to both police and consumer affairs Victoria. STAY AWAY"

"If you would like an incredibly stressful move, this company is the one to pick. Had items arriving from interstate and was left waiting for the truck to arrive, items dumped at the loading bay. The driver left the area under the premise of moving the truck only to leave us stranded with the items and no help to move it into the actual apartment. I called about a dozen times and had no communication on whether he was coming back to help us carry these items upstairs. I don't write many negative reviews but I would warn against saving a few hundred dollars with this company because they will find a way to make that money back."
