"I gave one star for atmosphere because I went through the drive-thru & there were a thousand birds screeching their heads off. My voice doesn't carry & I had to open my car door, stand up & speak with my mouth directly in front of the speaker. The girl taking my order was lovely though. What I couldn't get over was the food. I had an Ultimate Box - the chips hardly had enough salt on them & it tasted like plain salt; the chicken piece didn't seem to have any of the secret herbs & spices & it tasted extremely bland; the only part that had anything going for it was the burger - because of the mayonnaise. It was the only thing in the whole meal that had flavour. Even the potato & gravy was very bland. Thankfully at least the customer service was pretty good."

"Was driving through and started craving KFC. I went in and got served by Alfie however I heard her being called Riley? Very confused. Anyway, she served me swiftly and very politely and she was also very clear. I got my food quicker than any other fast food place. Very well done Alfie (or Riley) I will definitely visit again."
